Hospitality Industry

We have worked with the Hospitality Industry to:

Increase the cultural competencies of managers to lead teams of immigrant workers
Facilitate a process for anticipating and preparing services and products for an increasingly diverse customer base
Guide management in creating a work climate that will decrease the number of discrimination complaints
Raise consciousness among rank and file employees for respecting and leveraging differences
Promote management strategies by which to create inclusive teams in the culinary side and the service side of the hospitality industry
