SIN 874-2: Summary

We feel that SB&A is well qualified to assist organizations in the planning and implementation of a diversity initiative designed to address issues brought about by changing demographics, which include the challenge of implementing anti-discrimination legislation, globalization, the 24x7 economy, increasing technology, a shrinking workforce, the aging population, family and gender issues, and meeting the needs of interest groups in the society. Our past performance has demonstrated our ability to provide attention to detail, strong group facilitation skills and facilitators who posses the appropriate expertise.
