SIN 874-4: SUMMARY

GSA is asking contractors to provide off-the-shelf or customized off-the-shelf training packages for an agency's needs as specifically related to MOBIS. Training services can be provided for requirements such as but not limited to: customer service; team building; performance measurement; business process reengineering; strategic planning, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000; statistical process control; quality management; benchmarking; process improvement; performance problem-solving and change management. Customization of off-the-shelf training may include but is not limited to: Workbooks; training manuals; computer-based training; videotapes; overhead transparencies, advanced presentation media, such as teleconferencing and distance education; power-point presentations; customized multi-media curriculums; and CD-ROM products.

SB&A provides a range of training and development services that use traditional and instructional media with various formats, ranging from motivational keynote speaking to breakout sessions, short and long term training for all stakeholders at various levels, as well as working with diversity committees within organizations. Our style is to guide a highly interactive, inclusive, fun and spirited search for solutions. Sessions are tailored to fit client needs. SB&A trainers have expertise in a wide array of content areas, ranging from developing group exercises and interventions geared at identifying and targeting the formal and informal barriers which impede the goals of an organization to designing employee education programs.
